Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and planning integrated marketing activity across channels, driving sales and awareness with a primary focus on B2B products, services and markets. They will be responsible for generating leads and tracking conversions across campaign activity, working with the digital team and Head of Marketing and Communications.

The role is hands-on and will require an experienced marketing professional to drive stakeholder management with IAM RoadSmart, creative agencies, printers, and internal colleagues.

Area Service Delivery Manager - Central and East England area

IAM RoadSmart are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team of Area Service Delivery Managers.

You will be responsible for managing IAM RoadSmart’s operational service delivery within the Central and East England area. You will have a key focus on the delivery of advanced driving and advanced riding tests/assessments, IAM RoadSmart courses and products, you will support local Groups and deliver excellent customer service.

You will be an ambassador for IAM RoadSmart, building engagement with our membership and external partners.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all IAM RoadSmart standards and qualifications are implemented, adhered to, and regularly quality assessed.

You will have a close relationship with the IAM RoadSmart Groups and volunteers in your Area with a view to helping them grow IAM RoadSmart membership. In addition, you will build ongoing relationships with external organisations and partnerships.

The ability to work occasional evenings and weekends is a core requirement of this role. Our Area Service Delivery Managers are part of the Field Team and for this role, you must be located within the Central and East England area.

As a minimum requirement you must be the holder of both Police Class 1 Advanced Driving and Riding qualifications or hold the IAM RoadSmart Masters with Distinction, and IMI National Observer qualifications for both Car and Motorcycle.

DVSA-Approved Driving Instructors – Fleet Courses (Self-Employed)

Are you an experienced ADI with a passion for road safety? We’re looking for new instructors to join our team, delivering our industry-leading courses for business drivers throughout the UK. You don’t need to be on the DVSA fleet register; we will provide you with the materials and training for delivering our courses to the same high standards as fleet-registered ADIs. Due to local demand, we are especially interested in instructors able to operate in the following areas:

All areas, especially Cumberland, Durham, Northumberland and Westmorland

Drink-Drive Rehabilitation Course Trainers (Self-Employed)

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional trainers to deliver our DVSA-Approved courses to convicted drink drivers.

Areas: Leeds, Northampton, Norwich, Nottingham Portsmouth and Reading, and classroom trainers only.

We are also looking for Welsh speaking trainers to deliver courses effectively in Welsh and English.
